Well to build a keepstar, as I recall, you need to add a certain number of marines and janitors. So maybe ccp is going to start using the rest of these space dregs in other things as well.

Honestly, you guys are doing this wrong. Take any procurer. Slap a scram and web on it. Fit tank in the rest of it. Then when you see someone setting up a gank - usually it will be on an oblivious retriever, mack or hulk, you slide up next to that...
